Collinwood West is a community located in North Austin, close to the Jourdan Bachman Pioneer Farm, convenient to the Walnut Creek Park Area.
The builder of our section is Mainstreet Homes.
The Collinwood West PUD HOA originated as soon as the first houses were erected, in 1999, thanks to the diligent efforts of the first Board of Directors, Lenda Sides, Roger M. Santos and Beryl Bussey.
There is a 5 acre greenbelt which the developer purchased for the HOA and it remains part of the HOA's property.
