| What is 'Aquascaping'? Pretty simple really, aquascaping is the term used to describe the interior design of your aquarium. We firmly believe that if you create an aquarium, the interior should look as natural as possible. We're dead set against old castles, bright orange gravel and tacky glass marbles in an aquarium! Above and beyond all that, the environment you create for your little fish has to be a healthy one. Fish need plants, hiding places and a healthy and stable environment in order for them to survive. We choose natural coloured gravel with beautiful rocks that shine under your specially chosen lighting. As well as your filters, having a wall or rising thermal look for air bubbles is great too (it's a good way of boosting oxygen levels in your water). |
