Committee members in attendance: President Lawreen Barber Vice President Jan Yake Treasurer Corinne Fletcher Director Tania Becker Director Karin Steiner Signing Authority Since the resignation of the previous Vice President, we had need of another signing authority. Signing authority was explained and a discussion followed deciding who should fill this role. Jan Yake, the new Vice President volunteered. It was agreed on by the executive members. Currently we have Secretary Tara Doyle, treasurer, Corinne Fletcher and vice president, Jan Yake, whom each have signing authority. A time and date were set to meet at the bank to make the changes official. Membership drive The committee then moved on to discuss the membership drive we will begin. Ideas for cost of membership were put forth. Our current bylaws stated a membership fee of $5.00. A change was put to a motion that we charge 10.00 for singe, or couple membership and 20.00 for a family membership. The motion was seconded and passed.
