Meeting called to order and previous minutes approved and passed.
Old Business
Skating party was a success in spite of weather. New people came out and enjoyed hot chocolate and the skating.
January bank statement showed that account fees have been taken from account.
New Business
We received the official resignation of two members of our executive committee. Vice President, Lisa Malkewich and Director, Dave Malkewich.
A discussion followed on how to advertise for those two positions. A deadline was set for the positions to be filled by the AGM meeting in May 2006.
Karin asked for a decision on her position to be postponed until the May 2006 AGM.
Next Event
An Easter egg hunt in the park, Saturday April 15th at 3pm. A bake sale will follow with proceeds to go to the community association.
AGM meeting was set for May 9th 2006. If positions cannot be filled the association will be dissolved.
