Collingwood and District Parkinson Support Group |

Based out of Collingwood, ON, we also welcome the neighboring areas. Our group offers support, education, and friendship to all those whose lives have been touched by Parkinsons Disease.
Our group is focused on supporting one another and providing practical and medical information, in an attempt to make life as a Parkinsonian easier.
We run meetings the second Monday of each month, taking July and August off. The content of our meetings varies. We will have guest speakers from within our community. Sometimes we just have open discussions where we can exchange ideas. Mostly we have fun and fellowship.

April 24, 2005 - Our 11th Annual cut-a-thon for Parkinsons. Hosted by Headlines Salon. Cost is $25 for a wash, cut , style, and a thank you bag of salon quality products from Revlon Professionals. Appointments preferred by not necessary.

Annual Yard Sale
We gladly accept donations locally for our yard sale.
Tulip Bulb Sales - Tulip Bulb orders are taken, and bulbs will be delivered just in time for planting. There are several varieties available. Our signature tulip being the Dr, James parkinson Tulip...red with white tips.
Christmas Cakes Sales - Orders are taken for traditional fruit cakes, as well as cherry cakes. Each comes in its own decorative tin.
