Colleen's career focus is Information Technology. She has managed several IT projects for the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Delta Airlines and Pan American World Airways. Colleen has served on the Executive Committee of ACM SIGGRAPH (the Association for Computing Machinery's Special Interest Group on Computer Graphics) as the Director for Chapters and has also been the Chair of the Orlando ACM SIGGRAPH Chapter. Other professional and community involvement activities include membership in the Archeological Institute of America, the Central Florida Anthropological Society, the Irish American Cultural Society of Central Florida and serving on the Winter Park St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee. Actively pursued interests include travel and archaeology, particularly Central American. Colleen also enjoys listening to a variety of music, dancing, reading, gardening, caring for her Yorkie and getting together with friends. Colleen holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in French and Anthropology from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and has taken numerous courses in computer technology and other subjects of interest. |
