Basic Parts ready, time to assemble.
The trousers were the first to be glued and sewn on the dog; shirt
and jacket came next.
Before painting the hat, I applied molding paste to close some openings and even the surface.
Then I applied 3 coats of color, one titanium white, then 2 coats of
zinc white which made the hat look pretty white.
Once dry, I applied a strip of blue vinyl
from which I had cut out the stars.
This was glued on the hat, then glazed with polyurethane to withstand harsh weather conditions.
