The battle had begun.

Everyone knew so.

Demons arrived left and right and surrounded everyone.

They were losing, and winning, if that was even possible.

~*The Day Before*~

Buffy arrived in L.A early in the morning, She had things to do
before going to see Angel and Spike.

She got a book from Giles about the end, and wondered why Angel?

She had to find out why.

She arrived at a building, She walked in.

She felt both vampires precence.

And then she felt him.

And he felt her.

They meet in the doorway of his office

"Buffy"
"Angel"

He hugged her, and she returned his hug.

Spike walked in and grabbed her and hugged her "Hey Luv"
"Hey Spike"

Angel softly growled.

They all sat down while Angel reads the book that Buffy brought.

It was a long silence.

Then Angel spoke up, "We'll win, I promise"

"Angel?" She asked him softly.

He kisses her forehead, "I promise, nothing will happen to you"

She looked at him with the sad eyes.

"What is it?" Spoke up Spike after noticing the looks.

"It's Time"

~*Present Day*~

Their fight had almost ended.

"It's Time"

//Don't Do It
I have to//

//Come Back?
Yes//

//Don't Cry, My Love//

"It's Time" He repeated.

"NOOO!" Was the last thing he heard when he slammed the sword into
the raising demon, and it put it's claws into his chest...

"No, No, No, NO NO NO!" She kept saying.

"I'm sorry, Luv"

Spike and Buffy started to cry for the fallen Angel.

"He's gone, isn't he?"


"Yes" was said after a long pause.


  And she cried.

~*Later That Night*~

  It's silent.

Nothing is in sight.

But then, Theres a body.

Angel's.

Suddenly, He's eyes come open, and he smirks.

An evil smirk.
