My
full name is Nicole Kristina. But I go by just Nicole. I love my name even
though I wanted to change it in the second grade because I was convinced
that "Nicole" in cursive wasn't as pretty as other names with
the T's that you can cross or Y's that you can loop.
I live in Chino Hills, Ca. I actually grew up in San Dimas Ca ,which is mostly famous for the water park extravaganza "Raging Waters" and for being the hometown of "Bill and Ted"... before their excellent adventure. I love my family and friends. I also love chessy quotes that have to do with friends and family... like "friends are the flowers in the garden of life" or "without family, you can just shrivel up and die"... because they are usually true to the heart. Music is very important to me. Growing up, my parents instilled in me a love for ALL types of music from jazz to classical to rap to alternative to OPMs. Britney's "I'M A SLAVE" is the jam. I love singing along to anything or even by myself when I'm sitting at my desk, in the car, in the shower, at work, in an elevator, etc... I have this fear of escalators, specifically when going down them. When I was 6 years old, I fell backwards on it while christmas shopping with my mom and the entire experience has scarred me for life. If you are lucky enough to witness me attempting to ride it, it can be an interesting sight. You just might laugh as I grasp the rails, watch the floor-panels pass by me at terrifying speeds and I muster up the guts to take that first step. If I'm wearing heels... its OVER. I love to read. My love for it actually really started when I first read Anne of Green Gables and the Baby Sitters Club series... But when I was in 7th grade it went out of control. One of my aunts found out that I really loved books, so she gave me boxes and boxes of romance novels. Although some of the things I was reading wasn't suitable for a 11 year old, they probably are the main cause of the incredibly optimistic and girly romantic mindset that I have today. It is also the cause for my bad eyesight, for when I was supposed to be sleeping, I was reading about handsome rogues and damsels with heaving bussoms with a flashlight in the dark. I have a
secret love for nerdy things. Like computers, metal mind puzzles, Conan
O'brien, and ancient Egyptian pyramid documentaries... I think thats all I have to say for now...
