A much improved Swifts team (Coleraine) including several former Oaks (Aghadowey) players showed potential league winning form. Former Villa player Damien Norton had legs in 13 & 17 to show that this fromer Northern Ireland Individuals winner has not lost any of his previous skill.
Fairley's 5 - 3 Tavern
Fairley's (Coleraine) beat their Articlave opponents on what turned out to be the closest match of the week.
Coronation 8 - 0 Temple
A clean sweep for the cup holders saw the Coronation (Coleraine) show their visitors from Castlerock that they mean business this year.

Scott's were unlucky not to get a draw out of this game. Good performances from a couple of Villa players proved to be the only difference here.

Fairley's will be disappointed with this result, but a 160 outshot by Jimmy Elliot showed that Bertha's are more than able to pull off a shock or two.
