I was raised on a small farm and attended a one teacher primary school at a little place called Comara which is about 75 kms (47 miles) from Kempsey on the Mid North Coast of NSW .
I attended Farrer Memorial Agricultural High Scool at Tamworth NSW and completed my Higher School Certificate .
At the tender age of 19 , I joined a major bank where I stayed until 1985 . Dissatisfied , I left and started work with an agricultural chemical company as their materials manager . I later changed jobs again .... this time to work with a major home garden company . In 1992 I was retrenched and started to work for myself ....taking on sub-contract cleaning , running a mobile car cleaning business as well as an agricultural chemical wholesale business . |

I have been married 3 times ....first in April 1972 and then again in January 1978 & now, finally in June 2002.
I have a beautiful daughter from my first marriage ...she was born in October 1972 .
We hardly saw each other from the time she was 3 until she was 25 and now ...like a dream come true , she is part of my everyday life .
She is currently working as a nail artist and has completed a Diploma course in beauty therapy . |
