as an officer of a number of professional groups including the
Presidency of the Medical Assn. of the State of Georgia.

4980. Robert Bruce Coleman

Railroad man all his life, from auditor to president. He
started in 1887 in Augusta and finished as President of the
Georgia-Florida-Alabama Railroad. He led that line until it was
absorbed by the Seaboard Coastline Railroad.
