Requirements to Apply
To process application we need:
- $35.00 application fee per lease holder
- 2 current pay stubs
- Driver's license or state issued ID
- Social Security Card
- income requirement of at least $30,000 per year
After application is approved:
- Pick out which town home you would like to rent
- $200.00 non-refundable holding fee (when you sign your lease this holding fee will be        applied to your security deposit)
- You will need to call Washington Gas & Pepco to set up your gas and electric
- Names, birth dates, and social security cards for everyone  that will be living with you.
