COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course was designed with a hands on approach, to bring the students to a beginner to intermediate level in the 3 basic Microsoft Office programs: Word(wrap up), Excel(intro), and Power point(intro).  The purpose is for students to get their feet wet with the 3 major programs of MS Office 2003 and they become comfortable managing the basic tools of each program

 

MAJOR GOALS/CONCEPTS

  • The students will be comfortable using the 3 basic MS Office programs
  • Students will be able to use shortcuts in Word to manipulate the program more efficiently
  • They’ll be able to apply what they’ve learned to assist them in making school projects and presentation.
  • Students will be savvy with MS Office programs
