| Scorpio is the oldest of three boys. His father worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 30+ years before retiring 6 years ago. |

| The government (all levels) needs to be smaller and more effecient. Too much bureaucracy and red tape stifles growth and development. Extremism on both sides is distasteful to Scorpio, although he believes these extremists keep things in perspective. |
| Scorpio enjoys Bowling, sand volleyball, March Madness, college basketball, baseball (which wont exist in 2002), freecell (very addicting), trivia, educating liberals (very frustrating), and last but not least... spending time with his kids. |
| Graduated from High School in 1983. Went to night school and recieved an Associates Degree in accounting in 1987. Recieved a Bachelor Degree from Xavior University in 1993 and received his MBA from XU in 1999. This was all done while Scorpio held down full time employment. |
| .As a child, Scorpio played baseball, soccer and bowling. He still bowls (187 average) and has won himself many a trophy. He was always considered one of the smartest kids in his class, and everyone wants him as a teammate during games such as trivial pursuits. |
