Born in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Based on his genealogy studies, Levyrat is descended from a long line of very poor farmers. He decided against farming as an occupation, since his family is obviously no good at it, else they wouldn't have been so poor.

Mixed bag. They had eight sets of encyclopedias in the house when he was growing up. Hated school and learned very little, until Levy started attending college. Studied at UALR, Goldenwest College, and UCLA.
Levy Stood watch in the USMC, put some damn good roofs on buildings all over Arkansas, wrote some reasonably clear and mostly accurate instructions, helped organize a NRA political action group in California.
Levy is a technical writer. You know those instruction that come with everything you buy?? He writes that kind of stuff. He has written a few other things as well, from screenplays, to speeches for Air Force generals, to poetry, to newsletters and magazine articles.
Kind of a Libertarian Republican. Levy considers himself conservative, because he doesn't like people mucking about with the constitution. On the other hand, the constitution is a very progressive document, so one could say he's kind of progressive too.
Politics, making incense, genealogy, writing, RPGs, evasive maneuver while commuting, his dog Blackjack, quartz prospecting, research, and a fabulously unsuccessful retail website where I sell reasonably priced giftware.
