- Broadmoor Church with Scarlatti music playing
- The Sunset Strip in West Hollywood alone at midnight
- Stepping out of the bus station in Keokuk
- The canals in Venice (California) during the Summer
- The art deco building across from the clock in Stevens Square
- Walking Barefoot at the Shuadagon Pagoda
- The Gorge in Washington (state), me riding on an electric bus
- Flying into Shreveport, Louisiana
- The Ducks (amphibious car-boats) at the Wisconsin Dells in the early Summer
- Wagon Road at Dusk with coffee or booze in me and Stacey still alive
- climbing through the ruins at the southwest edge of Baton Rouge
- The underground cities of Mars (never been there, but the pictures!)
- The lakes & mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona
- The desert and ruins surrounding Death Valley at Sunset
- Hollywood Boulevard (particularly the prostitute's footprint)
- 20 feet underwater in Mille Lacs Lake
- Driving South on the 101 into Hollywood on a clear night
- Arriving at Dana's cofee-shop job and seeing her face light up when she sees me
- Entering the Lobby of the Saharan Motor Hotel in Hollywood, my home away from home
- At the base of the mountain called "the big mountain," near San Bernardino in California
- The view from the top of the rock hill in Galena, Illinois
- Coming into Las Vegas at night with a pocket full of cash (has only happened once, but great feeling!)
