Beer Bathed Brisket
Dry Rub:
1 tbsp.> paprika
1 tsp. each> Garlic powder, Oregano, Thyme, Onion Powder, Rock Salt plus 1/4 tsp.> cayenne or chili powder

3-3.5 lb Brisket
Cover in olive oil and ad Dry Rub mixture and then sear on grill high @ 5 minutes for each side.

Sauce: Heat 1tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 1 large chopped onion and 1 tbsp garlic powder. Simmer on Med. then add :
12 oz pepper beer or dark beer
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup barbecue or ketchup
3 tbsp basalmic vinegar

Pour sauce/ onion mixture in slow cooker and add brisket fat side up. Keep on low for 10+ hours.
