Self-Esteem
There are those who hate me, I'm ok with this I accept it and move on, because of my acceptance of this there are those who think I must have a low self esteem this is not the case, the fact of the matter is I dont judge myself by the standards of the people who hate me, that is stupid and all it does is make you feel bad about who you are, this is not to say that you shouldnt try to improve, what I am trying to say is that instead of judging ourselves by the standards of those who hate us it would be better for everyone if we tried to see ourselves the way those who love us do, again people hate me I'm ok with this because those who love me keep me positive, things like "I love your sense of humor", "you are the perfect guy" should not be underated, the problem is that they go too often unsaid. With all the pressures that the world gives to be "perfect" and with how unatainable that perfection is it's easy to get the feeling that you will never really measure up, that you are not good enough.  In my opinion one of the best ways to prevent this from getting to you too deeply is to remember who you care about and who cares about you, and if someone impresses you, is there for you when times get tough, makes you laugh, generally brings a smile to your face dont be afraid to tell them, chances are it will mean more to them than you think... think about it
