Known to millions as Married With Children's Al Bundy, this former Ohio sixth grade teacher moved to New York to study acting professionally at Circle in the Square. O'Neill got his break on broadway in the play Knockout, when the lead actor left. The Golden Globe nominee has several film, theater and television credits to his name, notably the movie Dutch.
