Nov/Dec 1862: STATION - Spencer, Roane County, Va.—RECORD OF EVENTS -Company changed station leaving Parkersburg on the 16th Nov 1862 arriving at Spencer, Roane County, Va.on the 18th in good order; since then have been scouting the county and have captured and killed several guerrillas.

Sept/Oct 1863: STATION - Bulltown, WVa.—RECORD OF EVENTS - During themonth of  Sept Company was scouting continually in Braxton, Gilmer and Calhoun Counties with rendezvous at Sutonville ?, Braxton County,  Wva.; on the 8th had sergt and 9 men captured while on foraging expedition; on 26th Company moved to rendezvous to Bulltown; Part of them being on a scout did not get to Bulltown until 2nd  Oct; from since then have continued scouting with good success; on the 13th was attacked by Rebel force of  3 times our number and after 11 hours fight, repulsed them with heavy loss; Company “G”, 6th Va. & Companies “C” & “H” of the 11th Wva in same engagement. All commanded by Capt Mattingly, 6th Regt,WVa. Vols; we had 1 man slightly wounded and 1 cut off while on picket and taken prisoner.

Mar/Apr 1864: STATION - Parkersburg, WVa.—RECORD OF EVENTS - Capt F. B. Stoddard left Bulltown, WVa.with his command on the 2nd of Apr 1864 for Beverly by order of  Col.Wilkinson; arrived at Beverly on the 5th of Apr 1864; traveled 60 miles; Regiment was ordered back to Western (Weston?) and Clarksburg; left Beverly 7 April with Battalion; arrived at Western on the 17th April/64; distance traveled 46 miles; Battalion was ordered to Parkersburg; left Western on 21 April/64; arrived Parkersburg on 23rd April 1864 in good order; distance traveled by land 23 miles, by car 80 miles...Major J.Simpson, Commanding Batt, 11th.
May/Jun 1864: STATION - Clarksburg, WVa.—RECORD OF EVENTS - Changed station from Parkersburg, WVa.on the 23rd of May 1864 to Clarksburg; from there to Glenville, WVa.; distance traveled 148 miles; was ordered from Glenville on the 26th of June 1864; arrived at Clarksburg on 28th June 1864.
Jul/Aug 1864: STATION - New Creek, WVa.—RECORD OF EVENTS - July 3rd, 1864 changed stations from Clarksburg to New Creek a distance of 100 miles; Aug 7th, 1864 had an engagement with the forces under Genl McCausland near Cumberland, Md.; sustained no loss; Aug 4th, 1864 had anengagement with the forces under Genl McCausland at New Creek; Lt. W.W.Curtis, Company “F”, 11th was killed on the field; 4 privates wounded slightly.
Sept/Oct 1864: STATION - Cedar Creek, Va.—RECORD OF EVENTS - The Company broke camp at New Creek, Wva. Sept 19th , 1864; were transported per RR to Alpine Station; marched from thence to Hagerstown, Md.; from thence to Sandy Hook, Md.; from thence to Harrisonburg, Va; on the march was engaged in skirmish with Mosby’s guerrillas; casualties none; brokecamp at Harrisonburg, Va., Oct 7/64; marched to Cedar Creek; was in engagement on Oct 19/64; casualties, killed none, wounded 6, missing 1;   whole distance marched from Sept 19 to Oct 31/64,  250 miles.
Nov/Dec 1864: STATION - Camp Deep Bottom—RECORD OF EVENTS - Changed station from Shenandoah Valley to the James River, Camp Deep Bottom, Dec26/64.
Jan/Feb 1865: STATION - Camp Chapins—RECORD OF EVENTS - Changed Station from Camp Deep Bottom to Camp Chapins Farm a distance of 4 miles.
Mar/Apr 1865: STATION - near Richmond, Va.—RECORD OF EVENTS - Brokecamp on the 25 March/65 at Camp Chapins Farm, Va.; marched to Chickahominy River, a distance of 14 miles; returned to Deep Bottom, Va. on the27th Mar 1865; marched thence via Point of Rocks to Hatchers Run, Va.,a distance 25 miles; camped on the 29th; thence marched 6 miles and skirmished with the enemy; during the 30th day camped and threw upworks; attacked the enemy on the 31st and captured their outer lines with several prisoners; was in all subsequent battles and participated in the capture of Gen Lee and his army at Appomattox C.H., Va. April 9,1865; thence marched to Lynchburg, Va.; then returned via BurkevilleStation and Amelia C.H., Va. to Richmond, Va.; went into camp near Richmond, Va.25 April 1865.
COMPANY MUSTER-OUT ROLL of Capt Fayette B. Stoddard, late Capt Pell, Company  “F”, 11 Regt WVa Infty Volunteers commanded by W.H.H.  King, late Col.H. Bukey, called into service of the United States by the President thereof at Parkersburg, Wva. on the 21st day of Sept 1862, to serve for the term of 3 years from the date of enrollment, unless sooner discharged from the dates thereon specified (when last paid) to the 17thday of June 1865 pursuant to order of  W. Dept dated  May 29, 1865. The Company was organized by William F. Pell at Parkersburg in the month of Sept 1862....CERTIFICATE OF MUSTERING OFFICER: I certify, on Honor, That I have at Richmond, Va. on the 17th day of June 1865, carefully examined this Roll and have, as far as practicable, caused the allowances, stoppages, and remarks to be justly and properly stated and mustered the Company for discharge; and it is hereby honorably discharged from the service of the United States the discharge to date June 17, 1865...Jere Horton, 2nd Lieut, 34 Mass Infty Vols & A.C.M.....Richmond, Va., June 17, 1865.
