I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday. The past double xp weekend was a fun one, unfortunately they did not give the prestige bonus this time. The extra would have certainly helped us to reach the goal of a larger base. At least they are changing the base rest. I must admit I think it is about time, the amounts they were charging was outrageous in my opinion.

Issue 8 is now live and let me tell you, the base teleporter veteran power comes in very handy! I know that the holiday season will be very busy for some of us, so I want to wish you happy holidays now, as I am not sure how often I will be on.

The Halloween event has started up, hope to see you out trick or treating. Remember if you get all four costume piece salvages go to croatoa and turn them in for your extra costume slot. If we put any extra we have in the base salvage racks then hopefully everyone can get the extra slot. Just keep in mind that your original borg costume needs to fit the specifications for the Super Group, you can do what you want with your other slots. And try to stay in your main borg outfit when teamed with other borg, that way we can make a unified show of the SG.

I want to congratulate our first lv 50 borg! Way to go 289 of 317. Along the way he has earned a huge amount of prestige and also obtained most of our teleporter beacons. If you see him around say gratz!

The double xp weekend was a blast. we did several Task forces and missions. Plus with the surprise prestige bosus they gave, we are that much closer to upgrading our base size. This will allow more teleporters and also we can go for an item of power.

Issue 7 is now live, and the big news is more stuff for the base. We have place several of the new storage facilities for inspirations, enhancements, and salvage. I hope everyone make good (and fair) use of these items. It is good to finally have a use for the base more than just teleporters. It is a real shame that the prestige costs are so high.

The base is coming along nicely. I want to thank everyone for the prestige they have earned to help the base grow. We have a medical facility and a couple teleporters so far, and hopefully we can expand that in the near future. I am trying to pick teleport beacons that I think will help the most people, as always input from the group is welcome.

The join page is up, but I will continue to refine it in the future. Also have up the screenshots page, so please send some good screen captures my way. Keep in mind if you have an ideas you think would be good for the site pass them along to me. It never hurt to have input from the group.

Today marks the opening of the web page. Not much here yet, but I will be working on it in the near future. Check back here to see what is new. If anyone has any screenshots that they think might be useful for the site, just e-mail them to me. Space permitting I will use all that I can.
