My duties as Executive Director are as follows:  Planning and Prioritize programs for economic development of the Coharie People, staff training, program coordination of state programs, fiscal management of all programs to ensure proper compliance; complete and analyze federal, state, and local data as it pertains to the Coharie Tribe; survey and mobilize all resources available to the development of Tribal programs; conduct needs assessment of Tribal members and formulate a resource and information directory.  I operate the Housing, ANA Programs, and other grant programs as needed.  In 1983, I worked for the North Carolina Commission of Indian Affairs as a Community Planner for three years.  Working with the Coharie Tribe for the last twenty-three years, I have held the following positions:  Economic Developer, Administrative Assistant, Tribal Enrollment Officer and Assistant Executive Director.
