Jeff Armada was working late at night in his lab at Rexon, a company that works on chemical warfare. He was working on a chemical, called 65-EX, which could condense lightning or electricity to a compound state. He was about to finish the final ingredient, when someone pushed down a shelf full of unfinished and untested 65-EX, with other chemicals on Jeff! The fiend then stole the final ingredient leaving Jeff pinned to the floor, unconscious. When he woke up he could feel lightning surging throughout his body. Jeff easily threw the shelf off his back. Soon he realized that he had amazing power and thus becoming Exvolt. |
