Issac was born June 15 1843 in Coffee County, Alabama. At
the begining of the war he was living in Santa Rosa County,
Florida. Having survived the war he returned to Florida where
he lived until his death on March 28, 1929. He is buried at the
Harper Cemetery in Holley Florida.
