Leander Benson Howard - Private - Company G Leander was born 23 March 1847 at Fayette County, Alabama He enlisted as a Private in Company G. after the war he moved to Erath County, Texas where he lived until his death 13 June 1920. Gibson, William A. - Private - Company H. Born 27 October 1841 in Williamsburg, S.C. and entered service 12 April 1862 at Columbus, Mississippi. Captured in April 1865 at Ft. Blakey in Mobile, Alabama and was discharged May 1865. He died 18 October 1929 in Hattiesburg Mississippi. Buried at Beersheba Presbyterian Cemetery in Columbus, Lowndes County Mississippi.
