Born August 18, 1844 in Cherokee County, Alabama
son of John and Rebecca (Lenderman) Higgins. He
married Martha E Watson in Haywood County, Tenn.
on 12 January 1868. Died 5 June 1914 in Haywood
County, Tenn and is buried in Trinty Cemetery, at
Nutbush, Tennessee.
