Words that inspire...

For this new year 2003, it's a whole new beginning again. There are two verses that i wanna share.

Proverbs 3:5,6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Well, i think it is very important that we trust God wholeheartedly and have faith in Him. And also to know that our future lies in His hand. There's nothing to worry about cuz we know that He always has good plans for us. All the best for the new year~ may God blesses everyone in every little thing that you do!

I like rainbow very much. To me, it always represented hope because it always appear after a shower of rain. It brightens up my mood and makes me believe that whatever difficulties i have, as long as i endure through the trials, the rainbow is just ahead of me. Hmm i remembered that when i am young, someone told me that there is a pot of gold hidden at the end of rainbow and I always wondered how long do i have to walk to the end of the rainbow. Hahahaha (^_^) Here's a nice picture of a rainbow, taken from yahoo's picture gallery.

God is for us. For you... for me. And although we might be puzzled by problems we don't understand, or discouraged by things that seem beyond our control and endurance, remember this: It is in these times that His Grace is given in direction proportion to our need. He is there, to stand by us, stand up for us, to save us, redeem us, to heal us, to deliver us. GOD IS FOR US. It is absolutely true yesterday... today... and forever!

[Philippians 4:4-7] Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
