                               THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
             
Sec.1 The Executive Committee, Execom, shall be the highest governing
          body of COGITO whose members are elected by the entire           
          membership; which shall participate and consultative in its leadership.
Sec. 2 The Execom shall administer the affairs of COGITO, formulate its
          policies and implements programs to effectively carryout its
          objectives and of the Colegio and manage all the funds and
          properties of the same in service to its members.
Sec. 3 The Execom may create Special Committees to cater the pressing
          needs from within and without the organization, upon the approval
          of the Execom.
Sec. 4  The Execom shall consist of seven (7) officers namely: President,
           Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Internal PRO and
           External PRO.
Sec. 5 The officers of COGITO shall hold office for a term of on (1)
           academic year which shall begin on the very first day of the opening
          of the classes of the new school year.
Sec. 6 Oath taking of officers shall be done during the first General
          Assembly of the organization.
Sec. 7 The officers shall enter on the execution of their office even without
          the formal induction of officers as long as there are duly recognized
          and elected by the Cogitans.
Sec. 8  All members of the Execom must attend to all its functions.
