All make-ups MUST BE TYPED.

YOU MUST attach your exam to the make-up.

Type your name, class (201 or 205), and Test 1 make-up at the top of the page.

Type the number of the question and the correct answer. For multiple choice questions and yes/no questions, you must explain WHY the answer you are giving is the correct one.

I will award up to 1/2 of the points back for each question. So if you lost 4 points on the question, you can receive 2 back for answering it correctly.

ALL MAKE-UPS MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE BEGINNING OF CLASS ON OCTOBER 4 (you may turn it in early if you wish.) No late or e-mailed make-ups will be accepted.
