Level Bombing
When Level Bombing you must calibrate. To do this you go to your gunsight (F6). Make sure your aircraft is not climbing or descending. Hit "u" now to get into calibration mode. The drop altitude (yellow boxes) should be the same as your aircraft's altitude. Now you need to push the stick forward and the sight will move forward. Move it about 20 degrees ahead of you. Then zoom in with z and hold ] to zoom in farther. Hold your sight on a spot by pulling back on the stick. When you have a good hold on a spot, hold y for at least 5 seconds. Release Y and hit U. Open your E6B and check your speeds. Your calibration speed and true speed (red boxes) should be the same. You are okay within 5 mph. Also at this point, make sure your altitude is within 5 feet of the drop altitude. If not, recalibrate and you may need to pull a little bit of throttle. Once you have a good calibration, you just need to drop when your target is in the center off your bombsight.
