The image should have a resolution of 300-600 dpi for the best results. It should also be larger than 1 inch. We are more than happy to size your image for you to ensure the best results. If you want to size your badge yourself please download this .tif and fit it to that.

NOTE:
1. The round surface of the badge will be 1 inch in Diameter the 0.85" recomendation is the flat part some images work well spilling over this area.
See example A below.
2. It's necessary to print color the full 1.35" diamiter or else it cuts off on the edges and looks crappy!

PATCHES

We can use the following image types: .jpeg .gif .tif .psd
The image should have a resolution of 300-600 dpi for the best results (minimum resolution of 150dpi).

Prints can be any size as long as they fit within 80mm x 130mm (for Patches) and 160mm x 260mm for T-shirt prints. Please note that these are the maximum sizes.
