I have all the last owner and my receipts for any and all repairs and maintenance done to the car. This has been a well maintained vehicle.
Last 24 months repairs & maintenance

o Timing belt
o Water pump
o Inspection II (BMW tuneup etc)
o Front Disc rotors + Pads
o Coolant flush
o All fanbelts
o Front shocks
o Muffler clamp
o Power steering rack
+ more
Things requiring attention. This car is 14 years old and needs yearly work to keep its value. The following items are on my list to do;

o OBC (on board computer), light is burned out but I have a new one which I have not yet installed.

o Check light for rear lights comes on occasionally when there is no fault, this has been a feature since I have owned the car.

o Rear seat has small leather tears at the bottom of the seat back near the seat belt buckles, normal wear and tear.
