Shadow Of Sin The Conspiracy Unfolds
Executive Leverage, the secondt feature length production for Candlelight Pictures, was written to be produced in a cost effective manor. It is a character drama centering between the sibling rivalries of two sisters who work for a Little Rock based company, and the Executive Vise President of that company who plots to blackmail one sister into a relationship while dating the other. The film is designed to appeal to the teen and young adult markets, as it appears to be a secular production. However, the plot teaches many biblical lessons about character, and demonstrates a small child praying to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and savior. Picked to star in the film as the sisters are: Yvette Rachelle (The #1internet supermodel for 2002.) Yvette, is an actress/model who may be starring in the upcoming TV series, The Revengers. Yvette already has an established fan base of over one million people globally. Her inclusion in the cast almost assures global distribution in video and cable TV markets. The other sister, is to be played by Julia Catherine, a seasoned actress/model who has amassed a wealth of acting experience in smaller productions. Julia works as a full-time model between acting jobs and is long overdue for a role in a blockbuster film. She has just returned to acting after taking time off to earn a Doctorate's degree. She can easily pass as a sister to Yvette, and has the talent necessary to handle the emotional demands of her character in this film. Also, slated as a tentative cast members are: Rick Dial (Slingblade & The General's Daughter) and MD Graham ( Tale of Two Pizzas & Associate Producer of Shelter.) Arkansas based talent will fill the majority of the remaining availability of the cast. Several other talent sources will also be used. Candlelight Pictures also has a good working relationship with the Arkansas State Film Commission, and will be utilizing those services to the fullest extent possible. The film will be co-directed by Cody G. Carson (who is also playing a lead role in the film) and an as yet undecided director. The second director will have a known name in the film industry thus creating a better chance for initial theatrical release and larger audience draw. The overall amount of funding raised for the film will determine the availability of prospective co-directors, and available celebrities for cameo roles. Target budget is set between $600,000 and $975,000. The lower number reflects a film that would be totally independent, and the higher number reflects involvement with the Screen Actors Guild.

Executive Leverage
Cody G. Carson is now assembling a team of investors for one or both films;these investors will also have the option of investing in future film projects as Candlelight Pictures grows into a major revenue source for Arkansas. Since Cody has no plans to move out of state, His goal is to build a movie market locally. Cody prefers to use Arkansas based businessmen, since his priority is to feed the Arkansas economy, however, non-Arkansas based investment is being accepted at this time. Investment capital will be reached by selling shares (units). There will be no limit to the number of shares that an investor can buy. Until all funding is reached for Executive Leverage, all shares sold will be designated for that film. After financing Executive Leverage, an investor may wish to purchase shares for Shadow Of Sin to provide the development capital necessary to move that larger production into a more advanced stage of development. Investors will receive their initial investment plus 20% return off the top from initial sales until that initial investment has been paid back in full. After that, any back end money owed to celebrities, and to other cast and crew will be paid. Once all money owed for salaries and expenses have been paid in full, investors will split 50% of the profits from all sales in all markets that occur afterwards for ten years. Candlelight Pictures will use the other 50% profits to fund other film projects. Any profit sharing deals made with celebrities will come from the 50% belonging to Candlelight Pictures.
Shadow Of Sin is a larger budget sci-fi action drama that has several planned sequels. It has a multilayered plot, complex characters, and a suspenseful high speed car chase. The cast will include well known celebrities that appeal to today's teens. Like Executive Leverage, it is designed for the younger generation which is responsible for the majority of movie revenue that comes from ticket sales at theatrical releases. A much better guarantee of global distribution is reached when a film is first released in an American theater. Shadow Of Sin took over a year to write, and the screenplay has been called, "One of the best screenplays I have ever read" by veteran screenplay writer Claire Hutchinson of Canada, and has been complemented by Joe Glass, the Arkansas State film commissioner among many others. This film is scheduled to be Candlelight Picture's third feature film due to its complexity of filming, and higher budget. Estimated budget is: 5 Million -10 Million depending on above line cast hired for the major roles. Arkansas based talent will make up most of the cast, but several celebrities including, Billy Bob Thornton, Gary Busey, Evander Hollyfield, Amy Grant, Monica Potter, and Point Of Grace (among others) have been contacted. No commitment is expected until a large portion of the budget has been secured.
