| Vegetables: Alfalfa sprouts Basil Beet greens (tops) * Bok choy Broccoli (mostly leaves/stems) Brussel sprouts Cabbage leaves (outer) Carrot * Carrot tops Celery Cilarntro Clover Clover sprouts Collard greens * Dandelion greens and flowers(no pesticides) * Endive * Escarole Green peppers Kale ! * Mint Mustard greens * Parsley * Pea pods (the flat, edible kind) * Peppermint leaves Raddichio Radish tops Radish sprouts Raspberry leaves Romaine lettuce (no iceburg lettuce or light colored leaves) * Spinach ! * Swiss chard Watercress * |
| Fruit: (as treats only) Apple (no seeds) Bananas (can be addicting and cause gas, consider using dried bananas) Blueberries Cactus fruit Dried fruit can be used Grapes Melon Mango Orange (the peel, too) Papaya Peach Pear Pineapple Plums Persimmon Raisins (watch out for sugar) Raspberries Strawberries Tomato (no leaves) (!) Use sparingly. High in either oxalates or goitrogens and may be toxic in accumulated amounts over a period of time. Select at least three kinds of vegetables daily. A variety is necessary in order to obtain the necessary nutrients, with one each day that contains Vitamin A, indicated by an *. Add one vegetable to the diet at a time. Eliminate it if it causes soft stools or diarrhea. |

| It was brought to my attention that broccoli and cabbage leaves are extremely gassy and may not be choice vegetables for your rabbit. Keep in mind that any food that causes gas in humans will cause gas for bunnies!! |
