The combobox specifies the codon usage sources, and three sources are provided by the application: Eukariotic, Bacteria, Yeast, for which their codon probability values cannot be changed. The user can create a custom-source by pressing the New button, and renaming in the combobox the item named "Custom", and then changing the codon probability values in the table. The dialog is resizable, and the table can sort its rows by clicking on the column header. If, after editing the probability values of a custom source the sum of the probability values for a given amino-acid is not 100, an error message is displayed when the user presses the OK button. |
