1. Encourage players to improve their skills through coaching.
2. Never shout at or criticise players for making a mistake. Never sneer or use sarcasm - this will only succeed in the player losing confidence in his ability.
3. Do not attempt to coach from the sidelines - leave this to the manager/coach. It only causes confusion for the players.
4. Supporters should show due respect to match and team officials and abide by their decisions. They are volunteers and unpaid.
5. Supporters should never get into an argument with opposing supporters. How can players learn sporting behaviour on the pitch when unsporting behaviour is the example set on the touchline?
6. Relax and enjoy the game whether your team wins or loses.
