Grand Theft Auto 2 In the second level, to get into the prison, go to the top of a tall building and with a throwing weapon selected, i.e. grenades, jump into the air, and then keep pressing the attack button. This should make you fly. Now go towards the prison, while keep pressing the attack button. Once over the wall of the prison stop pressing the attack button and now you will be in the prison!
