| This week we are looking at the iPod Nano (Left). The iPod Nano was released in 2GB and 4GB models, and now has a 1GB for those who don't carry a lot of music, but want the 1.5 inch LCD screen over the iPod Shuffle. It features a pressure sensitive "click wheel" which allows you to run your thumb along the wheel to quickly, and precisely adjust your volume level, or scroll through menu's. It is thinner than a regular school pencil, which is nice but poses some concern with younger children sitting on it, or putting it in their mouths. The iPod Nano, although small, pumps out clean music without any distortion no matter how loud you make that little piece go, and trust me, it can go louder than you need it to. The 2GB model can hold somewhere around 400-600 songs, while the 4GB holds around 1000. The 1GB is small and can pack around 200-300 songs. Well that wraps up our look into the iPod Nano, if you would like more information on this peice of hardware, please visit Apple.com for all your needs. Written By: Code |

| Windows Vista 2006 is bringing us major advances is computer technology. It is bringing (hopefully) the PlayStation 3 which will feature a new storage format called Blu-Ray. Now we are also going to see a new OS from Microsoft. As you can see from our background and most of our coverage, we mainly support MAC, but for our gaming needs we turn to Windows for its quicker releases of game titles. It will be Microsofts first OS release since 2000 with Windows ME. Security: Vista will have more security than XP on more than one platform. It will hit us with a new accoutn protection which will be called User Account Protection (UAP). It will allow you to access more files and hardware without being an Administrator. It will allow limited accounts to access the printer or add a WEP code. |
