| If you're planning to cheat online, you'll need the right device. This page will guide you to buying the perfect one. There are 3 right now on the market: Code Breaker, Game Shark, and Action Replay. I highly suggest the Code Breaker. It's very powerful: codes easily hacked, has many codes, and short codes (unlike GS, where some codes are 2 or 4 lines long). It's very rare and very few stores carry it. It's $30-$35. That's around $10 less than other devices. You can find CB at these stores: Best Buy, Radio Shack, and some other electronic stores. I got mine at Radio Shack for $35. Game Shark is an ok device. Nothing special. Quite expensive too: $40. It has a variety of codes (not as much as CB), and some codes are long to enter in. GS has a lot of versions that may confuse many people. You can find GS at most stores. Buy GS only if you REALLY can't find CB. Action Replay just sucks. It's $40 (with a small memory card) or $50 (with a bigger one). The AR box says it's compatible with GS codes, but 75% of the time, it isn't. A lot of people in email tell me that AR sucks. The only good thing about AR is that you can find it at any store. No wonder people are starting to buy it. I wish I had written this page earlier because a lot of people already bought AR! Buy AR only if your entire city does not carry CB or GS at all, and that you really want to cheat online. I have a Code Breaker version 4 ($35 at Radio Shack). I bought it in November 2002. During November, I didn't give out codes yet, so CB was easy to find. I started to share my codes by building my first site on December 6, 2002. You can visit that site by clicking here. |
