RECENT

BAPTISM
Steven Woo, who recently suffered the loss of his wife, Vivien Tan, was baptised into the Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 25. Let us continue to lift Steven up to the Lord in our prayers for comfort to rest upon him and for his spiritual growth.

BAPTISM
Vinod Brennaven, the third and youngest son of Vikraman and Mosha, obeyed the Lord in baptism on Sunday, May 4. Do lift up Vinod to the Lord for his growth in Him as he walks the Christian life.

BAPTISM
Ng Kok Chai, elder sister to Keong Moi and Kim Lan, was baptised into the Lord Jesus on March 30. Chai, as we call her, decided to give her life to Jesus after years of practising the traditional form of Chinese Buddhism.

BAPTISM
On the Sunday morning of February 24, Ho Sei Ying, mother of Susan Wong, was baptised into the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of her sins. On hand to witness the baptism were Shirley Wong (Sei Ying's youngest daughter, who specially made the trip from PJ to witness the event) and a number of members of the church.

WEDDING
Wai Peng became a bride on February 2. She married Chan Kah Hin and the newly weds left for Wellington, New Zealand, on February 8 to take up residence there. We want to pray for Wai Peng's new found faith in Christ as well as her new life as a wife in a new place.

BAPTISM
The Saturday evening of January 26 was another joyous occasion for the church. Members of the church gathered to witness the baptism of Sew Wai Peng into the Lord Jesus Christ. Wai Peng is niece to Cyndy Lim and had attended the Young Seekers' class with Chye Mei and other youths of the church.

BAPTISM
Indra Sethupathy was baptised into the Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, January 20, 2008. Indra is a friend of Mosharakini and it was Mosha who first invited Indra to church. We rejoice with the angels in heaven on the salvation of Indra and we pray for her growth in the church.

BAPTISM
Lee Chye Mei obeyed the Lord in baptism on Sunday, January 13, 2008. Chye Mei is the daughter of Tony Lee and Peek Young. We give praise to the Lord for her obedience to the gospel and we pray for her spiritual growth and development.
