Christopher, alias "DaFur" came to Sherwood quite innocently. He was sent to us to finish by Bill & Cindy Mixon (Denali). After DaFur arrived, we had a conversation with Bill concerning where, when and who to show Christopher to. Bill's closing statement was, "by the way, he's for sale". The following week, we told Bill that we had found Christopher a home. He would stay at Sherwood. Keeping an objective eye, we knew that Christopher possesses the qualities we are trying to incorporate into our own line and that Christopher could be an integral cog in our breeding program. Now, only time will tell.
