Liz is a show bitch. Going Best in Sweeps in her first show at the Fort Vancouver CSC under judge Tad Duncan. This was just the start. Finishing as a puppy, Liz went on to become the first dog, under the Sherwood prefix, to go Best of Breed at a specialty. A feat which was accomplished twice in her career. The second Breed coming with our daughter, Cara, handling her, while her mother handled another variety winner.

Liz ended her career in 1999. By the breed system, she was the #1 Black bitch in the nation and now could spend time with her other owner, Ernie. Though getting puppies proved tough, Liz finally delivered 4 ASCOB pups on June 4, 2001. We are truly hoping the tradition continues and she is as adept at mothering as she was at bringing home the purple & gold.
