You must fill out the application completely.
You must be able to submit a picture (at least one, more if you wish)
In order to even be considered you have to sign the guestbook, that way I know you actually looked at the site, rather than just came here to see if your bird could win cockatiel of the month.
You musn't care that your bird and biography of your bird will be on this site permanetly (after the month is over it will be archived.)
You have to be completely honest in the application, no building your bird up to be something it's not.
You must allow me to use the information you provide me with, in other portions of my site (example: when you tell me the name of your bird, I will put it in the names section of the site)
You must read all these rules first before filling out an application
Only send in ONE application. It is possible for you to fill out an application for the month of March (for example) and win a couple months down the line. So once you send in one it will be stored until this site is no longer running. |
