Audioslave ran into a lot of trouble during the filming of their music video for Cochise. Residents living near Sepulveda Basin Recreation Center heard the pyrotechnics for the video and thought it was a bomb or terrorist activity. Thousands of complaints were filed by the neighbors. the Entertainment Industry Development Corp said they sent out 15,000 notices to residetnts within a two-mile radius of the fliming location. The angry neighbors replied that they had not recieve one and that it was wrong for them to film during the night anyways. The video shoot took two nights, lot of complaints, but all confusion was settled in the end.
