I have never been to the South Side of Chicago so I don't know first hand, but I have had friends from Chicago and they tell me that some areas there are rough. I don't know what make of .38 cal. this handgun was but my first .38 was less than $100. The .38 used by this elderly man could very well have been a "Saturday Night Special" which can only be used for crime, or at least that's what some polititions want us to believe. Handguns that the gungrabbers want us to believe have no good use are the ones, many times, that law abiding Americans are using to defend themselves with today.
