Obviously if you are talking just type what you want to say. HOWEVER, if you are talking ooc> Out Of Character (that means you are speaking as the person behind the character.) Then you MUST type in /think (space) then what you want to say as you and not your character. Now you dont have to do anything i tell you but im pretty sure if you dont most T1'rs are not going to respect you, and you may get ALOT less respect then you deserve. ((or your an ass and getting what you do deserve LOL)). Lets see we have covered actions, just type in : (space) then your action. We have covered ooc, just type in /think (space) then what you want to say as you. Oh yes, now many people do this many diffrent ways, but to mix actions and speach all you need to do is this ((EXAMPLE)) : Stands quickly and looks to the person at the door, "Excuse me what might your name be?" .. See not that hard right? Now on to rping.))
First the basics now stick with me for i will add more as time progresses. Now in T1 the one thing everyone hates is AUTOS. Those are when someone says (ACTION: Thrusts right fist out at incredible speed and breaks "NULLS" nose.) That is an auto. In T1 you must say something like (ACTION: Thrusts right fist out at lightning speed from RIGHT TO LEFT at "NULLS" nose in an ATTEMPT to break it.).
Then the person you are battling ((providing they use T1 as well)) would say something like .
(ACTION: leans back feeling the brush of the wind from the flying fist just pass by there nose while leaning back he/she kicks with right foot directilly at "NULLS" stomach at incredible speed) This is when honisty comes into play. In order to make rp fun you may want to either take the kick and get knocked back or dodge somehow. That is pretty much the Gist of physicall fighting.
NOW the fun stuff. You see in T1 magic is a very powerfull and difficult technique to use. There are things called paras. Each para increases the strength of the magic attack or effect (wether it be speed increase muscle increas power of attack increase ect.). This is where discriptiveness really comes into play (same in physicall fighting be as discriptive as possable make both of you imagine the battle its much more fun this way) As time passes your speed in discribing a magic charge and attack will increase greatly (have to make it somewhat difficult to use such a powerfull force)
I'll give an example of a magic attack now its not that powerfull but will give the gist of what is needed.
((setting is in a simple arena that spans for miles cobalt stands in the center surounded by vampires 25 to be exact not real powerfull ones more like a bunch of lackeys *note* i did do something like this quite some time ago and destroyed 30 vampires in a cave and they all excepted true death))
Para one. : Cobalt seeing he is surounded simply smirks slightly knowing what he will do to these fools. Then though nothing is seen a great force would be fealt to grow within him. He pulls forth energy from a source of power only he has access to. The energy flowing into his body makes his eyes burn white with energy. The energy begins to change and convert into holy energy of a devine nature, this energy is enough to destroy undead flesh. His mind becomes calm and his body motionless, this all takes place in what would seem like barely a moments time.<C>
Para two. : Knowing they are all around him ready to attack he changes his intent and simply begins to create a massive wave that will eminate out from him and to the ends of the arena. Then his eyes flash bright and with barely a movement on his part the already built up wave explodes from his body. It would rip threw any undead flesh and obliterate the very magical bonds of most vampires.
Now whoever this attack went at (DOESNT MATTER WHO) would have died if they did not match me in discriptiveness with a shield or some sort of counter attack. but if they where not discriptive in making their shield then it would not have blocked the attack and they would have gotten hurt pretty bad or killed. As i was saying though matching the attack in discriptiveness with a shield of some sort, is a very good thing if you want to live that is, or you can take the easy way out and simply attack while the magic is being created, if your fast enough . Now understand this when you do a very powerfull attack it takes ALOT of energy and you must acknowledge this drain. You may not heal durring battle unless you show massive drain on your energy, simply because if you could there would be far too many invincible creatures out there me, and most of my allys included. If you are almost as powerfull as we are then you would be able to do a attack like what i showed and and still be able to battle afterward if by some stretch of the imagineation they live.
Another aspect of T1 is in physicall fighting it IS move for move. You may not attack after your first attack untill they have blocked, dodged, countered, ect. Hopefully you know why if not its simply because you dont know what they are going to do so you can't make an accurate attack. Real life physics do play a part in physical fighting aside from the outragious powers of some of the beings in ayanee right now. Also if your gonna battle in t1 and want to have a good fight, fight someone who is either your friend or an HONORABLE T1 user. Now in my personal opinion T1 is the best technique to use simply because its not easy and therefore weeds out the people who are not serious and just wish to cause trouble, there are many who agree to start with a few names ALL those on my allys page and more i have yet to add, simply because you cannot get on that page lest you are an honorable user and upholder of T1.
