Another page in the life and times of Terry Jelcick

A few things I drew while stationed in Dammam, Saudi Arabia during DESERT STORM in 1991.

Artwork created by Terry Jelcick for the Coast Guard's Seakeepers program while he was part of that program operating in the Monterey Bay area. It was designed as a coloring page which was handed out with crayons to children who visited the Seakeeper's booth at various public events throughout the Monterey Bay area in Montery and Santa Cruz Counties.
What ever happened to the Coast Guard's marine environmental education and public awareness program called the SEAKEEPER PROGRAM that was so active in the Monterey Bay area a few years ago?
