Higgins Switch (Past and Present)

1. With the recent news that was unvailed, there is obviously going to be a line-up change with the departure of Allen and Brad. Are you guys actively looking for replacements or has anyone expressed interests in playing with Higgins Switch?

**** Eric - Quite a few people have shown interest in playing with the ramaining members of Higgins Switch. No definate decisions have been made as of now.

**** Matt - I'm just waiting to see what God will provide for the band.

2. One would think that it would be rather hard to play a show without a singer or bass player. Do you guys plan to continue playing shows?

**** Eric - Yes, we plan to play shows with those who wish to be a part of Higgins Switch or with just friends we know who want to fill in and help.

**** Matt - If we are asked to play we will. There are many friends that would be willing to fill in for a show or two.

3. Tim, It is rumored that you are romantically involved with Amy Lee of Evanescence. Is there any truth to this rumor?

**** Sadly enough the rumor isn't true. We are just friends.

4. At the recent "Force to be Reckoned with" Tour fans got to hear the new direction that Higgins Switch was heading. Will the remaining members press forward and expand on the new music? Any plans to record a full length record?

**** Eric - We will most likely work with this new direction for awhile and hopefully record a full length album in the summer of 2003.

**** Matt - The music style is an always changing process. Instead of expanding off of one or two songs, we just want to make the next one better than the last.

5. Brad - You have mentiond several times at previous shows that you want to stay active in music. Do you have any new projects or potential prospects for which you wish to do music with?

**** I'm putting together a new project right now. I've had members of a few already established bands show interest in working with something new... at least on a part-time basis. I just want to make music for the fun and for the ministry... we should be playing shows sometime this fall.

6. Allen - What plans do you have now that you aren't playing with a band?

**** I plan to just take it easy and focus more on school and living a normal life outside of touring and making music full time. Currently, I am writing about music for my schools paper.

7. In a few weeks Matt will start his senior year of high school and from there he will go to college. Obviously, two of the founding members of Higgins Switch have choosen other routes then music. Where do you guys see the band going at that point?

**** Eric - We will hang on to matt as long as we can..ha..we just pray that God will keep his hand on us and will lead us in the right direction. Good things coming up, i'm sure.

**** Matt - That is a year or more away and it is hard to tell what will be going on.

8. Well thanks for your time. Is there anything we may have missed that you would like to cover or let our readers know? Feel free to say whatever you like.

**** Eric - I just want to say that Brad and Allen will definately be missed. They have both changed my life, forever..Love you guys..good luck..and peace!

**** Matt - I love being in a band!

**** Brad - I think that Higgins Switch is going to do some great things. Good luck to you guys! **** Allen - Being in Higgins Switch and playing with those guys were some of the best times I have ever had. I will deeply miss you guys.
