2. Stories must be on a site ... no yahoo groups, MSN groups okay as long as the story has it's own page and not in a thread, Myspace & Live Journal ... yeah that's okay if it's in a blog.

3. A story cannot be nominated in a category which it has previously won.

4. An author may be nominated for the maximum amount of three stories (collaborations are counted seperately).

5. An author may only have one story nominated per category.

6. A story may be nominated in a maximum of five categories.

7. A story does not have to be complete in order to be nominated but the plot must be evolved enough for the plot to make sense.

8. Authors may nominate themselves.

9. A category will be closed after five nominations. A category will be void if it has no more than one nomination.

10. Best overall will include all stories nominated.

11. Reader's choice will be determied by the public and voting for this will start when the judging period begins. 1 vote per day.

12. If you are nominating someone please be sure to tell them about their nomiation.

13. A code must be up within the week of TAST accepting the nomination. Please, as a courtesy put the code up in an easy to find spot.

14. Short story equals 4 chapters or less.
